A Piece of Cake was established in Coltishall in July 2010 and re-located in 2014 to what used to be the Old Salvation Army Hall, now known as the River Rooms.
Our homemade cakes are very popular, as are our light lunches. You can choose a seat inside with a views across the marshes or a seat in our outside walled courtyard.

As part of the local community A Piece of Cake prides themselves on the fact that everything sold here is homemade and where possible created using local products and suppliers. We believe that this is one reason why customers return time and again commenting on how lovely it is to taste our delicious homemade cakes.
A Piece of Cake offers a wide variety of eating options, from breakfast through lunch onto afternoon tea (sandwiches, cake, scones and tea/coffee. Please book 24 hours in advance.). Our impressive cakes can also be bought to eat in or takeaway and homemade buffets are available to order (just supply or full service). Customers can choose from a wide variety of beverages including Lavazza coffee, herbal teas and soft drinks.
A Piece of Cake has a selection of gluten free options to ensure that customers can enjoy our delicious homemade products. Our gluten free offerings include: homemade cakes, lemon drizzle, Fruit Scone, Cheese Scone, Chocolate Brownie and gluten free bread for Toasties, Sandwiches or Breakfast.
